1. Object
Jaswant Stoecklin GmbH, Allschwilerstrasse 22, 4055 Basel, Switzerland, info@jaswantshoes.com, (hereinafter referred to as “JASWANT" or "we"), operates an online shop at the internet address www.jaswantshoes.com (the "website"). JASWANT is a luxury shoe brand and sells products covered by the Jaswant trademark.
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTCs") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as "orders") via the Jaswant online shop.
Jaswant reserves the right to change the GTCs. The valid version of the GTCs at the time of placing the order shall apply. It may not be amended unilaterally for the relevant order.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products on the online shop shall not constitute a legally binding proposal but rather a non-binding online catalog or non-binding invitation to customers to order a given product on the online shop. JASWANT reserves the right to limit the delivery quantities of specific products.
On receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail with an order confirmation, stating the details of your order and the valid GTCs. This expressly does not yet represent acceptance of the offer by JASWANT but serves for information purposes only.
A purchase contract between the customer and JASWANT will become effective only after we have accepted the offer by dispatching the goods ordered. The customer will receive a confirmation of successful completion from JASWANT. If payment in advance was chosen as payment option, the goods will be dispatched only after the full amount has been credited to our account.
In any case, JASWANT reserves the right to decide whether or not to accept orders. In such event, we will inform the customer that the contract is not concluded and that we will not be following up on the order, providing the reasons for doing so. Any amounts already paid for the order will be reimbursed.

3. Prices
The prices stated on our website at the time of the order apply. Product prices are in Euros and include value-added-tax (VAT), if applicable. The total price including shipping costs is displayed in the final purchase price before the order is completed.
4. Conditions of Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) and PayPal or, for customers resident in Switzerland or in the Principality of Liechtenstein, by advance prepayment or instant bank transfer (e-banking).
5. Delivery
All orders are delivered by DHL to countries serviced by the courier service DHL. For deliveries to specific countries and destinations, please contact us for information. All shipping costs are itemized in the order form at the time of purchase on the website and will be charged to the customer. Additional costs such as customs and taxes are not included as they can vary from country to country. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your air waybill number so you can follow its progress.
Delivery times appearing on the website are estimates, they are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
In any event, we will deliver the goods within 30 days of the day on which we accept the order. JASWANT is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any circumstances not attributable to us. The benefit and risk pass to the customer at the time of dispatch.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Customers based in the EU have the right to cancel the order without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days and starts on the day after receipt of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, the customer must inform us by letter to Jaswant Stoecklin GmbH, Allschwilerstrasse 22, 4055 Basel, Switzerland or by email to info@jaswantshoes.com. Customers may also use the cancellation form on our website.
