Customers based in the EU have the right to cancel the order without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days and starts on the day after receipt of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, the customer must inform us by letter to Jaswant Stoecklin GmbH, Switzerland or by email to info@jaswantshoes.com. Customers may also use the cancellation form on our website.
